What the job includes
Interior painting from preparation to clean-up – rooms, kitchens, hallways and whole flats.
Room & apartment painting
White or coloured walls and ceilings – from a single room to a whole flat. Two coats, even, no streaks.
Before moving in or handing over a flat
Quick repaint between tenants or before a move, so the flat is ready on time.
Plaster & crack repairs
Filling holes from wall plugs, cracks and chipped corners. Sanding and primer so the new paint holds.
Stains & kids' drawings
Crayon drawings, greasy marks or water stains – the right base or stain-blocking paint so nothing shows through.
Coloured walls & sharp lines
Accent walls, two colours in one room, clean lines at the ceiling and around door frames.
Preparation & clean-up
Floors and furniture covered, skirting and switches taped, clean-up afterwards. You come back to a finished room.
How much does painting a room or flat cost
For a whole room or flat you get a fixed price upfront – no surprises at the end. Just send photos of the rooms and rough dimensions, or I'll come and take a look. The price mainly depends on:
- Wall and ceiling area and ceiling height
- Condition of the walls – how much repair and primer is needed
- White or coloured paint (colours often need an extra coat)
- How much furniture is in the room and whether it needs moving
Small painting jobs – one wall, filling plug holes, covering a stain – are charged by the hour as shown on the right.

Painting FAQ
How much does it cost to paint a room or flat?
For a whole room or flat I'll give you a fixed price upfront – just send photos of the rooms and rough dimensions, or I can come and take a look. Small painting jobs (one wall, filling plug holes) are charged by the hour: minimum order 1,450 CZK including travel and the first hour, then 490 CZK per hour.
Do I need to move the furniture out?
No. I move furniture to the middle of the room and cover it with plastic sheeting, and cover and tape the floors. Just clear small items off shelves and take pictures off the walls beforehand.
Who buys the paint?
Whatever suits you. I can source the paint – help you choose and charge it at cost. If you have a specific shade in mind, let me know or buy it yourself.
Do you clean up after painting?
Yes, clean-up is part of the job. I remove sheeting and tape, clear up and leave the room ready to use straight away.
How long does it take and when can I use the room?
A typical room usually takes a single day, a whole 3-bedroom flat typically 1–2 days – you'll get an exact estimate with the price. Modern interior paints dry quickly and don't smell, so you can usually use the room the same evening.
Do you speak English?
Yes – you can call, text or email me in English. Sending photos of the rooms is the fastest way to get a price.
