What I most commonly fix in Vinohrady flats

Old doors, locks and hardware

Vinohrady buildings have character – and their quirks. Old door frames, locks that jam, handles that have worked loose – I see these in every other flat. I replace cylinder locks, adjust doors, or fit new security hardware.

Painting and plaster repairs

Older flats develop cracks over time, wallpaper starts peeling, or the walls just look tired. Painting a single room takes me half a day. I prepare the surface, fill any cracks, and leave it smooth and clean.

Nusle – Jižní svah, Táborská

I visit Nusle just as regularly as Vinohrady. Older housing stock, panel blocks near Táborská, and refurbished flats on the Jižní svah. Typical requests: floor repairs, toilet cistern replacement, shelf assembly, or hanging pictures and mirrors.
